Same-day appointments: same-day appointments are not self-scheduled. Call the office to ask whether same-day time is available. Calling does not confirm an appointment.

Cancellation and scheduling policy

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, and appointments missed without notice, may be subject to a $50 fee. A five-minute grace period applies. Arrival after the grace period may require rescheduling if the remaining time is not sufficient to provide the scheduled service.

Tax-preparation packages

Starting prices assume complete and organized records. Your final preparation fee is based on the forms, schedules, states, businesses, properties, transactions and additional work required. You will receive and approve your final price before the return is filed.

Tax-preparation fees are not based on the amount of a refund.
